Front of House Team Member
Pay: £12.71 per hour plus benefits (may differ for under 21s)
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Contract: Full Time, Part Time
Start date: Late February

You must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays, across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities include
Create unforgettable Guest moments and experiences
Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to Guests
Serve Guests efficiently at the till using point of sale systems
Communicate clearly and courteously with Guests, Team Members, and third parties
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front of house environment
Maintain, hand over, and close down a clean and safe workstation
Champion high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
Support opening and closing of the restaurant in line with company procedures
Collaborate with colleagues and the Owner/Operator during launch and beyond
Adhere to all training standards and operational procedures
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and consistency on every shift
Perform additional duties as required to support business needs
About you
Experience in fast food, restaurant, or hospitality is a plus, but not essential
Comfortable interacting with Guests in a busy environment
Calm under pressure and able to work at pace
Flexible, proactive, and willing to support the wider team
Ready to contribute to a positive and welcoming team culture
